Job Summary
Director Tax, EU/ROW leads international tax operations for Sportradar, coordinating advisors across countries, supporting in-house teams with direct and indirect tax advice, and preparing documentation for SOX, transfer pricing, and other needs. Builds solutions for global direct and indirect taxes, understands double tax treaty challenges, and prioritizes multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Requires extensive exposure to IFRS and local accounting standards, Pillar 2 topics, ERP awareness, and strong Excel/Office skills. Fluent English required; German a plus. Previous Big 4 experience is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Tax Accountant or university degree with focus on accounting/taxation
- Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate tax compliance and/or tax advisory
- Good understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards
- Experience with Pillar 2 topics and calculations
- ERP tools experience; project experience with implementing new ERP solutions preferred
- Professional MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Fluent in English; German a plus
- Previous Big 4 experience would be a benefit
