Job Summary
Strategic leader within People Management to shape enterprise talent strategies, employee engagement, and inclusive workplace practices across LA28; partner with the Vice President of Talent Management to advance talent initiatives, leadership development, and executive communications; connect efforts across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, and inclusion to deliver a cohesive employee experience; oversee ERGs, EVP activation, and inclusion commitments while fostering partnerships that connect local communities to LA28 opportunities; prepare executive-ready materials and recommendations to align talent, culture, and engagement with organizational goals; role requires collaboration across functional areas to drive enterprise talent priorities and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Experience, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
