Job Summary

Strategic HR leadership role directing enterprise-wide talent partnership across Operations, Plasma, Commercial, Enabling Functions & R&D; serves as the senior talent advisor to business leaders, translating strategy into actionable talent plans, shaping organizational design and leadership composition, and driving workforce strategy to enable growth and operational excellence. Leads talent management, succession planning, governance of talent processes, leadership development, and internal mobility; partners with CoE and VP/ED HR to accelerate high-potential talent, leverage dashboards and analytics to monitor pipeline health, and deliver data-driven insights. Owns workforce planning, capability-building strategies, and employee experience initiatives to improve retention, inclusion, and team effectiveness; collaborates across HR to align enterprise and local objectives and ensures an integrated talent approach with global visibility. Requires significant HR business partnering experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate across global geographies with regular international travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
  • Master’s degree or CIPD qualification preferred
