Job Summary
Lead the operational strategy and execution of Zeta's global employee lifecycle, overseeing onboarding, employee experience operations, talent programs, and lifecycle communications to ensure scalable, consistent, and data-informed delivery. Build governance, standardized processes, and annual planning rhythms while partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and regional stakeholders to create a seamless experience from candidate acceptance through key career milestones. Drive operational excellence by managing Workday Journeys, project portfolios, and talent technologies to improve consistency and efficiency, leveraging dashboards and survey insights to identify automation opportunities and enhance organizational effectiveness. This hybrid role is based in New York City, with team members working from the NYC office Tuesday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, Talent Operations, Program Management, or related People functions
- Experience leading enterprise-wide or global people programs
- Demonstrated success building scalable processes and operational frameworks
- Strong project and program management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations
- This is a hybrid role based in our New York City headquarters
- Team members work from our NYC office Tuesday through Thursday each week, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays
