Job Summary
Director, Talent Enablement & Delivery for Capital Markets responsible for end-to-end delivery of the annual talent cycle (including year-end processes, goal setting, performance management, and calibration), enabling HR Business Partners and business leaders with guidance, frameworks, and resources; develops enablement playbooks and materials; leads continuous improvement of talent processes with COEs and platform partners; delivers analytics and insights on talent metrics for senior leaders; translates data into actionable presentations to inform strategic decisions and advance Talent Enablement & Delivery practices for Capital Markets.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred or equivalent
