Job Summary

Director of Talent Acquisition to lead Collibra’s global TA function, shaping an AI-native talent strategy and redesigning TA operations with automation and AI to improve sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and recruiter productivity. Partners with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies and talent pipelines; leads and scales a high-performing TA team; builds recruiting operating rhythms, reporting, and market intelligence to provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring performance; drives hiring excellence across candidate quality, speed, process effectiveness, and candidate experience; collaborates with Employer Brand, hiring managers, and employees to position Collibra as a top destination; evaluates and governs recruiting technology and AI capabilities with rigor; ensures DEI is integrated into the candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including leadership experience
  • experience hiring across go-to-market and technical organizations
  • experience implementing AI-powered recruiting tools and modern TA workflows
  • experience designing or overhauling a TA operating model with AI capabilities
  • experience building or transforming TA teams and operating models
  • strong executive presence and data-driven decision-making

Desired Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
  • experience hiring across go-to-market and technical organizations
  • track record of building or transforming Talent Acquisition teams, operating models, or recruiting strategies

  • experience designing or overhauling a TA operating model with AI-fluency assessment
  • strong executive presence with data, market intelligence, and business insight to influence decision-making
  • experience building hiring strategies in competitive talent markets where employer brand and candidate experience impact outcomes
