Job Summary
Director, Supply Network Planning responsible for leading the operational and strategic integration of DePuy Synthes’ external manufacturing supply network, with a primary focus on Jabil. Oversees a global, multi-level organization and a global footprint of external manufacturers to deliver service, quality, cost, analytics, risk management, and NPI launch readiness. Represents DPS and EMSI interests with external partners, translates demand and capacity into executable external supply plans, leads the External Manufacturer S&OP process, identifies supply risks, drives supplier development and Operational Excellence initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure launch readiness and continuity of supply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in supply network planning, external manufacturing, supplier management, or related discipline
- Experience leading global, matrixed teams with direct accountability for results
- Experience with regulated industries (medical devices, aerospace, automotive) preferred
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- English required; additional languages preferred
