Job Summary
Lead the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise planning and execution framework, ensuring inventory flow and operational readiness align across strategic, tactical, and execution horizons. Drive integration between mid- to long-range planning (S&OP) and short-term operational execution (S&OE) to enable effective decision-making and optimized inventory deployment. Partner with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Merchandising, IT, Finance, and Operations to translate strategic objectives into executable plans that balance service levels, working capital, and efficiency. Establish planning milestones, mitigate risks, and resolve issues requiring cross-functional action while developing and tracking key performance indicators to measure effectiveness. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding plan performance, supply chain risks, and improvement opportunities. Build and lead a high-performing team focused on integrated planning, analytics, and operational execution, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, operations, demand management, integrated business planning, or related disciplines
- Strong leadership experience in cross-functional environments with demonstrated ability to influence at senior leadership levels
- Proven expertise in S&OP/E process design, implementation, governance, execution management, and performance optimization
- Experience with planning and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, transportation, distribution center operations, and supply chain execution processes
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive organizational alignment and lead change across multiple functional areas
- Must be based at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina
