Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members while standardizing processes, tools, and metrics across sites and programs. Act as a change agent to ensure adoption of new systems and best practices, developing robust demand, supply, and financial forecasts integrated with the SIOP process. Implement advanced forecasting methodologies, predictive analytics, and market intelligence to guide sourcing decisions. Build and maintain strong OEM and supplier partnerships, leading business reviews, negotiating contracts, and resolving performance issues. Establish and monitor KPIs for quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and contractual compliance. Direct on-the-job training initiatives to build technical capability across the team. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or aviation industry
- Managed procurement budgets and vendor/subcontractor performance, ensuring on-time delivery, contract compliance, and operational efficiency
- 5+ years in material forecasting, planning, and ERP/MRP systems, supporting large-scale production and high parts availability
- Negotiated and managed contracts with OEMs and suppliers, achieving measurable cost savings and improved service performance
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent, with experience leading process improvements that reduce cycle times and increase efficiency
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FAA/EASA Part 145, AS9100, ITAR, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred MRO experience in aviation or aerospace
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, Lean & Six Sigma certifications considered an asset
