Job Summary
Direct and lead supply chain planning and procurement for a multi-site beverage manufacturing network. Develop and optimize demand, production, capacity, and distribution planning; enhance planning processes, tools, and ERP system utilization; drive cross-functional alignment with operations, finance, commercial, and technical teams; build and manage inventory planning strategies; create long-range capacity and production plans; identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure data integrity across systems; mentor and develop planning and supply chain teams; require hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment with 5+ years of beverage supply chain planning experience and ERP/tools proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning in beverage manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems and planning tools
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
