Job Summary
Director, Supply Chain & Operations for Tim Hortons CPG: Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across U.S., Canada, and international markets; own the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process; lead a cross-regional team; partner with Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Innovation; drive governance, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and sustainability across the supply network; oversee network design, inbound freight, 3PL logistics, and inventory optimization; manage supplier and logistics partner relationships; drive performance metrics (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns) and digital transformation of planning tools; develop a global team of 4 direct reports; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain with business objectives; ensure regulatory compliance and ESG considerations; requires 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or procurement in CPG/food/manufacturing; Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred; strong leadership, financial acumen, and ERP/SAP experience.
