Job Summary
Partner with Operations leadership to support supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory strategies through financial insights and decision support on productivity initiatives, network optimization, and strategic investments. Lead the annual and long-range capital planning process, establishing governance for project approvals and tracking while monitoring portfolio performance to ensure strong ROI outcomes. Provide financial stewardship of Operations results, including COGS, manufacturing costs, and working capital, driving fixed and variable cost analysis to identify efficiency opportunities and margin improvements. Build and develop a high-performing Operations Finance team with strong analytical and leadership capabilities, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires 8-10+ years of progressive Finance experience, including significant exposure to Operations Finance or Supply Chain Finance, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into clear business insights.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive Finance experience
- significant exposure to Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Plant Finance
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational and financial data into clear business insights and recommendations
- Experience simplifying processes, improving reporting systems, and designing new ways of working
- 4+ years of people leadership experience
- track record of developing high-performing teams
- Experience using JDE, JDA, Hyperion, or similar ERP/financial planning systems
- MBA/CPA designation
- WSET or similar wine education of winemaking and viticulture
- Ability to build productive relationships
- Proficiency in planning, prioritization and project management
