Director - Supply Chain Management

Job Summary
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business objectives, partnering with senior leadership to align planning with demand forecasts and seasonal trends. Lead and mentor the buying team to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify cost-saving initiatives while evaluating vendor performance and managing risk. Oversee inventory planners to ensure optimal stock levels across all locations, implementing demand planning processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Establish and monitor KPIs for supply chain performance, including cost, inventory turns, and service levels, driving continuous improvement in processes and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and enhance supply chain visibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, including team leadership
- Strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier relationship management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and supply chain planning tools
- Supervisory Responsibilities: 3-5 Direct Reports
