Job Summary
Direct and manage external manufacturing partners, toll manufacturers, and co-packers while planning capacity alignment and financial resources within the approved budget. Coordinate supply network activities with Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure objectives are met cost-effectively. Lead supplier performance management through KPIs, SLAs, and structured business reviews, establishing and monitoring network performance for service, cost, and quality standards. Control cost-to-serve, external manufacturing expenses, logistics, and inventory, and implement strategies for expansion and optimization of external manufacturing capacity. Serve as the primary escalation point for major supply, quality, or compliance issues, including food safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. Drive digital transformation to enhance data visibility and decision-making tools, while identifying and mitigating risks through contingency plans and dual sourcing. Act as a key contributor to the North American Supply Chain leadership team to shape long-term strategy and organizational design. 15%–30% travel required to external partner locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or external manufacturing environments
- Proven experience managing third-party manufacturing or supplier networks
- Food & beverage industry experience
