Director, Supply Chain

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across North America, managing demand planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory while building a regional supplier network. Develop and implement strategies aligned with global direction to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and drive continuous improvement on key performance indicators. Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including importation and warehousing, and partner with Store Development, Operations, and R&D teams to support new store launches and product rollouts. Ensure compliance with U.S., Canadian, and Mexican regulations on food safety, traceability, and customs. Build a high-performing team and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across global and local vendors. This role supports CHAGEE's expansion in the US market, delivering authentic tea culture with precision and care.
