Director, Supplier Services - Communications

Directs the Supplier Services function, mentors team members, and manages remote employees. Sets team KPIs to meet department objectives and oversees SWAT trainings. Partners with Supply Chain, Sales, Solutions Center, and Marketing to align priorities and develop supplier GTM plans aimed at driving profitable revenue growth. Maintains high-level engagement with supplier executives and key partners; collaborates with Sales and Supply Chain to manage supplier programs and pipeline forecasts. Oversees department projects, headcount allocation, and representation at supplier and industry events. Requires travel up to 40%, office presence at designated company location, and adherence to controls across functions. Base compensation ranges from $91,300 to $103,750 with total compensation between $110,000 and $125,000, plus benefits; Equal Opportunity Employer. Regular attendance is essential.
