Director, Structured Finance

Director to join VersaBank’s Structured Finance lending team in an in-office, full-time capacity. Focus on portfolio management oversight for the Structured Receivable Program, developing innovative financing structures, overseeing underwriting to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities include monitoring credit terms, performing timely credit reviews, identifying emerging credit risks, addressing late payments, coordinating with internal partners on audit findings, and contributing to policy improvements. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial analysis and Excel modeling, and demonstrated relationship management and negotiation capabilities. MBA, CPA or CFA (or progress toward) and minimum of five years banking experience are preferred.
