Job Summary
Director, Streaming – Rock/Alternative & Country at Warner Records, responsible for strategizing and implementing streaming-focused initiatives across Warner Records artists and brands; manages timelines, budgets, partner relationships, product development, and marketing for commercial streaming products. Key duties include maximizing Rock & Country genre revenue, optimizing playlisting and profiles, planning single/album release configurations and timelines, executing market-facing campaigns with internal marketing teams and digital platforms, serving as main point of contact for streaming accounts, translating data analytics into actionable strategies, monitoring industry trends, and supporting business development with contract compliance and upcoming releases. Must have experience in music streaming with proven results, strong project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams; preferred experience includes DSP familiarity and AI automation.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a label sales/commercial team, digital partner, or related digital content industry
- proven music streaming experience with quantifiable results
- established relationships in the music streaming community
- ability to supervise others and execute strategic projects
- strong organizational and project management skills
- in-depth familiarity with music streaming services and social media networks
- excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with both creative and business-oriented colleagues and partners
