Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, overseeing channel architecture, budget allocation, and annual planning processes. Translate business objectives, market dynamics, and performance data into actionable media recommendations while partnering with analytics, investment, and activation teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to navigate complex marketing challenges and present strategic rationale with clarity. Mentor and develop Strategy team members across assigned accounts, fostering a collaborative environment through ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and talent acquisition. Maintain deep expertise in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare regulations, and evolving media landscapes to drive business results and advance critical thinking across brands and accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

- 8+ years of media strategy, planning, or integrated marketing experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences marketing experience required
- Experience developing omnichannel media strategies across HCP and DTC audiences
- Strong understanding of media research, planning, and measurement tools
- Experience managing multiple brands, clients, and cross-functional teams
