Job Summary
Director Strategy & Partnerships at Vicoland leads end-to-end strategy and partnerships efforts, directly reporting to the CEO. Key responsibilities include advancing AI agent integration into the Vico platform, launching a leadership-to-founders program for top professionals, expanding business development partnerships (including MSPs and technology partners), identifying new market opportunities, and shaping platform features to enable efficient partnerships. The role demands strategic planning at the top management level, a track record in professional services or technology, strong entrepreneurial drive, and exemplary communication across tech, sales, services, and finance domains. The position offers remote flexibility alongside offices in Frankfurt, Walldorf, Barcelona, Berlin, and Seville, with a focus on growth and cross-functional collaboration across Europe and the US.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with very good results
- 2+ years of professional experience (preferably in professional services, consulting, legal, finance or technology)
- Experience with AI tools and technology
- Excellent German and English; strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurship, fast learning, and adaptability
- Ability to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a high-impact, executive-facing role
