Job Summary
Director, Strategy & Operations to partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership to translate priorities into measurable outcomes. Coordinates planning rhythms such as quarterly OKRs, performance reporting, and tracking of strategic initiatives; drives high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery; develops concise materials to support leadership decision-making; identifies operational gaps and designs scalable processes; acts as a connector across go-to-market, product, and revenue teams to translate strategy into execution; tracks key initiatives and ensures follow-through across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff–adjacent role
- experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to delivery
- ability to develop clear insights from data and inputs
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- highly organized with strong attention to detail
- comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- experience in a consultancy background (preferred)
