Job Summary
Director, Strategy & Operations for the Consumer Products & Experiences organization responsible for leading strategic planning, governance, and cross-functional execution across brands, regions, and functions. Leads end-to-end initiatives, develops scalable operating cadences (leadership meetings, quarterly planning, executive forums), translates business priorities into actionable plans, partners with Finance on budgeting and performance reporting, and enables executive-level storytelling and communications. Must drive alignment, operational rigor, and cross-functional collaboration in a global matrixed environment; experience in consumer products, entertainment, licensing, and retail is strongly preferred.
