Director, Strategy & Operations and Congress Strategy Lead for U.S. SYFOVRE. Lead the franchise's strategy-to-execution engine, coordinate operating rhythm and governance, and develop executive communications for senior leadership. Own the U.S. SYFOVRE Congress strategy, including sponsorships, programming, and engagement plans across major ophthalmology congresses, while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance, and Operations. Role spans ~75% Strategy & Operations and ~25% Congress Strategy, with frequent cross-functional collaboration, executive materials, risk/opportunity identification, and driving disciplined execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management, and the ability to influence without authority; travel to congresses and business meetings is expected. Location: Cambridge, MA with Hybrid work model (office in-office 3 days/week).
