Job Summary
Own the operational rhythm of the Data Cloud business unit by establishing and optimizing planning cycles, alignment frameworks, and OKR adoption across cross-functional teams. Act as a strategic partner to the SVP & GM, translating high-level vision into rigorous execution while synthesizing complex data and competitive intelligence to enable swift executive decision-making. Bridge gaps between product engineering and go-to-market functions to drive the strategic pivot toward the industry's first Agentic Data Platform, coordinating strategy orchestration and ensuring seamless execution across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Serve as the primary liaison for Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Finance, and People & Purpose, leading critical cross-functional initiatives and developing board-level materials that translate technical metrics into compelling narratives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, product management, technology, or equivalent
- BA, BS, or equivalent degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Deep experience in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Cybersecurity focused experience or experience working closely with functional and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communications strategies for internal and external partners
- Ability to collaborate across teams to create strategic storyboards and quarterly board materials for relevant parties
- Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced team, including highly technical topics
- Ability to handle interpersonal relationships with a high degree of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
