Develop long-term strategic plans and assess growth opportunities for selected Materials Group businesses by leading annual strategic planning processes and shaping workstreams. Act as a key thought partner to General Managers on strategic questions, building networks within the organization and ecosystem. Execute focused strategies to grow businesses into adjacencies by analyzing industry structure, trends, and customer needs. Serve as project lead for critical strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams and deep-diving into business operations. Participate in the M&A process, identify acquisition opportunities, and present findings to the M&A committee. Travel up to 20% of the time primarily within Europe while working in a hybrid role based in Oegstgeest with up to three days of home office flexibility.
