Job Summary
Lead the marketing strategy and execution across Ingram Micro's U.S. vendor portfolio, establishing segmentation models and prioritizing initiatives for strategic, growth, and long-tail partners. Own portfolio-level performance with P&L accountability, translating joint business plans into coordinated, multi-channel strategies while optimizing MDF, co-op, and internal investments for maximum ROI. Drive revenue contribution and margin growth by aligning closely with sales, category, and finance teams to prioritize high-value opportunities and rebalance spend based on performance insights. Establish governance frameworks for marketing investments, develop new vendor funding opportunities, and lead a high-performing accounts team to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on channel, partner, or vendor marketing
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing marketing teams
- Proven experience managing multi-account or portfolio-based marketing strategies
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing marketing budgets, MDF, or co-op funding
- Experience in technology distribution, IT channel, or partner ecosystem environments
- Demonstrated success aligning marketing strategies to revenue and sales outcomes
- Experience working closely with sales, category management, and vendor partners
- Strong understanding of demand generation, partner marketing, and go-to-market strategies
- Experience building scalable frameworks across complex, multi-vendor environments
