Job Summary
Director of Strategic Partnerships responsible for defining the partnerships growth strategy within Demand Creation Strategy, building and governing the partnership pipeline, vetting partners for fit, risk and upside, translating objectives into contractual terms, and providing activation guidance. Collaborates with Brand Marketing, Consumer Connections, Licensing, Procurement, and Legal teams to ensure partnerships drive incremental value. Requires deep expertise in partnership strategy, IP-based growth, and high-level executive influence; Bachelor’s degree required with MBA preferred; 10+ years in related roles. Hybrid work arrangement in Hershey, PA (1-2 days in office per week).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in partnerships, brand strategy, marketing strategy, or adjacent roles within CPG, entertainment, sports, or culture led industries
- Experience working with agencies, procurement, and senior executives in high value partnership contexts
