Job Summary
Lead strategy to launch by taking complex operational problems from initial discovery through live solution, including analysis, design, SOPs, and training. Spend significant time in data to understand performance gaps, communicate findings to stakeholders, and build dashboards and metrics that verify solutions. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, facilitate meetings, and drive decisions while fixing processes that slow the organization. Your first 6–12 months includes building the dashboard and agenda framework for the Operations Core Team and establishing accountability for key decisions. You will develop strong relationships across operations, clinical, and technology leadership to navigate the full complexity of the care environment. This role supports AndHealth's mission to improve access and outcomes for challenging chronic health conditions through hands-on problem solving and system building.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, a high-growth startup, or a comparable environment
- demonstrated ability to own complex, ambiguous problems from diagnosis through resolution
- Strong hands-on data proficiency, including SQL and data visualization
- A bachelor's degree
- A collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves approach — you're as comfortable doing the work as you are directing it
- Rigorous attention to detail and a natural instinct for building tools, processes, and systems that create accountability and scale
- Exceptional structuring and communication skills — the ability to bring clarity to a messy problem and translate it into a crisp, compelling narrative for senior leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with dbt, Omni, or other modern BI tools
- A proven track record of delivering sophisticated, cross-functional projects — without waiting for a roadmap to be handed to you
- A background in healthcare, product, operations, or program design
- an MBA or comparable graduate degree
