Job Summary
Director, Strategic Engagement, Rheumatology is a field-based leadership role based in Boston (hybrid) focused on building and nurturing strategy with US KOLs, understanding rheumatology dynamics, and advancing educational offerings. Responsibilities include creating and managing US Commercial engagement plans for leading US KOLs, establishing and nurturing relationships with KOLs nationwide, developing peer-to-peer program offerings, maintaining the promotional speaker bureau and compliance training, collaborating with HCP marketing on advisory boards and content, partnering with cross-functional teams, and leading cross-functional execution of engagement plans. Requires a BS/BA degree, 10+ years biotech/pharma experience, rheumatology experience, and strong relationship-building and communication skills; travel 50-75% is required; hybrid work arrangement in Boston.
