Director, Strategic Consulting & Investment Decisioning

Direct the Strategic Consulting & Investment Decisioning initiatives within Fidelity's Business Architecture portfolio, shaping strategic technology investment decisions and guiding cross-functional, multi-month engagements. Own end-to-end projects from framing to final recommendations, develop data-driven insights, ensure quality across analyses and deliverables, and lead collaboration with Architecture, Finance, Product, and Operations to drive alignment and success. Communicate complex ideas at the executive level, manage dependencies and risks, and guide project teams to outcomes. Requires a BA (or equivalent) with MBA preferred, 10+ years in business analysis/finance/architecture or 7+ years in management consulting (MBA a plus). Must demonstrate senior stakeholder influence, top-down strategy development, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable investment implications and architectural recommendations. The role operates within Fidelity’s Business Architecture Center of Excellence, emphasizing intellectual rigor, relationship-building, and measurable business value, with a base salary range of $103k-$211k per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
