Job Summary
Serve as the primary communications advisor to the Chief Product Officer, developing integrated strategies that support executive visibility, organizational alignment, and business objectives. Partner with Product leadership to shape narratives around technology innovation and customer value, while delivering executive content for briefings, analyst engagements, and Board presentations. Lead thought leadership initiatives across internal and external channels, ensuring consistent messaging that translates complex technical concepts into clear stories. Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Investor Relations to drive employee engagement and coordinate enterprise-wide communications programs. Assess strategy effectiveness through metrics and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance team productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of communications experience
- significant executive communications experience supporting Vice President-level leaders or above
- Experience supporting highly technical leaders, product organizations, engineering teams, or technology-focused businesses
- Demonstrated success advising senior executives and translating complex technical and business concepts into clear, audience-focused communications
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and executive content development skills
