Direct the Technical Demand organization within Strategic Customer Engineering to establish scalable planning and governance mechanisms that support customer demand, capacity strategies, and delivery execution. Collaborate with senior leaders across Customer Management, Capacity Management, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to align priorities and objectives. Drive short-, medium-, and long-term plans, and demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and executive presence with outstanding communication and analytical capabilities to ensure successful outcomes for strategic clients in Oracle Cloud.
