Job Summary
Directs and leads end-to-end classified capture engagements for IC pursuits, shaping capture strategy, teaming, staffing, pricing, and customer engagement to win multi-million-dollar opportunities. Oversees development of mission-aligned solutions with solution architects and SMEs, coordinates internal milestones and governance, and manages budgets and resources to deliver disciplined capture execution in highly classified environments. Requires deep IC mission understanding, security requirements, and ability to operate with autonomy while engaging senior government and industry stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community or supporting IC missions
- 7+ years of experience leading capture, solution architecture, or proposal efforts for DoD or IC pursuits
- US Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance
- Strong ability to translate mission needs into operational and technical approaches
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and priorities in high-tempo environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
