Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end digital store experience for artist and brand webstores, driving conversion, performance, and customer engagement. Set the vision for best-in-class storefront experiences, translate data into actionable improvements, and partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to raise the bar. Responsibilities include store experience ownership, project and campaign management, promotion planning, and data-driven optimization to improve ROI. Requirements include 7+ years in ecommerce/digital merchandising/online retail, Shopify and CRO/UX optimization experience, strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of optimizing online store experiences for fan journeys and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail
- strong familiarity with Shopify and CRO/UX optimization
- ability to partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams
