Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of in-stadium retail strategy across all events (Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix) and oversee merchandise purchasing, warehouse operations, and store management. Manage main store and pop-up locations, curate annual Miami Open retail assortment, collaborate with licensing vendors, optimize inventory and POS processes, and develop reporting for all merchandise and retail functions. Drive partnerships, identify trends and innovations for premium retail experiences, and work cross-functionally to achieve team goals. Requires 7-10 years in retail/merchandising with a track record of growing sales and margins; strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and exceptional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in a mix of retail and merchandising operations
- Previous retail store management experience
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary
- Experience in sports or licensing related businesses a plus
- Track record of growing sales and margins in a retail environment
- Strong analytical skills
