Job Summary
Director-level role leading Customer/Operations excellence across SS&C’s financial services and healthcare technology operations. Responsible for operational review and performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities, driving key metrics, SLA delivery, and customer experience programs. Oversees risk and governance activities, staff development, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end business transitions. Leads transformation initiatives, process simplification, and continuous improvement; manages dashboards, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. Oversees training, knowledge transfer, and readiness efforts, while coordinating with internal/external auditors and ensuring effective controls and risk culture. Holds responsibility for strategic planning, operating model design, and long-term operational excellence across multiple processes and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience with at least 2 years as Operations Manager or similar role
- Experience in executive MI production, analysis, insights & trends and making presentations
- Graduate in any discipline
- Masters degree in a relevant field (or equivalent)
