Director/Sr. Director FP&A

Director/Sr. Director FP&A role focused on leading Singapore FP&A delivery for Lumilens. Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analysis for the assigned SBU or function; partner with business leaders to drive financial discipline, evaluate investments, and track operational KPIs; build driver-based financial models across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and capital expenditures; lead pricing analysis, customer and product profitability reviews, and unit economics assessments; drive Singapore R&D expense planning, tracking, and project-level variance management; support local finance operations including statutory close, audits, tax matters, and cross-border transfer pricing; support board reporting, investor relations materials, and earnings preparation in support of a US listing; drive scenario planning and strategic financial reviews; coach analysts and develop a strong finance organization in Singapore.
