Job Summary
Averitas Pharma seeks a highly strategic, hands-on Director/Sr. Director of Commercial Analytics & Operations to lead and integrate analytics and insights with field operations. Responsibilities include managing demand forecasting models, leading commercial analytics reporting, overseeing field operations, incentive compensation planning, and ensuring data integrity across commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of analytics and commercial operations expertise with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, supported by a strong track record in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, field operations, commercial operations or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Demonstrated experience leading both commercial analytics and field operations or sales operations functions
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources, including syndicated data
- Proven track record of building or scaling commercial infrastructure, processes and systems in a growing organization
- Experience in specialty and buy-and-bill markets
- Global experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with commercial systems and tools including Veeva CRM and business intelligence platforms
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL or similar querying tools preferred
- Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
