Job Summary
Lead and manage the full product life cycle for Pharmacy Benefit Management and Ancillary Benefit Management offerings, including strategy, development, launch, and ongoing optimization. Develop a comprehensive product roadmap for current and emerging specialty network services while serving as the strategic connection point across internal and external stakeholders. Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, monitor financial performance to drive profitability, and streamline RFP responses through standardized processes. Minimize product silos by fostering cross-product alignment and reducing duplicative efforts within the specialty networks portfolio. This remote role requires extensive knowledge of PBM operations, workers' compensation ancillary services, and regulatory frameworks to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in workers' compensation, ancillary services, PBM management, or healthcare product strategy

- Experience within a TPA, managed care company, PBM, or network management environment
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in a technology-enabled healthcare organization
