Own the Qatar P&L end to end, from budgeting and forecasting to monthly variance analysis and corrective actions. Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director on key decisions, representing leadership in internal forums and preparing for board reviews with data-driven insights. Lead and execute all strategic and special projects within Qatar, including launching new products, driving market turnaround initiatives, and scaling AI tools to enhance productivity. Dive into performance metrics across Food, Local Shops, and tmarts to identify trends, anomalies, and growth levers, then create comprehensive reports for senior management.
