Job Summary
Lead the James A. Baker Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Center by overseeing daily operations, supervising clinical and administrative staff, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for consumers. Promote recovery-oriented, person-centered behavioral health services while monitoring program compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and quality standards. Collaborate with agency leadership to improve program performance and service delivery, managing administrative functions and documentation. Full-time role in Mercer County, WV, requiring a Master's degree or RN license with two years of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current West Virginia license
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Behavioral health or clinical experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
