Job Summary
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive cost reduction, value creation, and supplier-driven innovation. Lead creation and execution of primary and secondary commodity strategies while assessing and mitigating geopolitical, financial, and operational supply chain risks. Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure flexibility, quality, and on-time delivery, and develop contracts that support organizational financial goals. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to optimize product development and profitability, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation within a team of sourcing professionals.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in procurement/sourcing
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a global manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of delivering commodity strategies
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings
- Proven track record of delivering supplier innovation
