Job Summary
Director, Source 1 Parts leads growth for parts through direct and indirect channels, partners with regional and global leaders across Service, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Planning, and Operations, and drives revenue, margin, and market share. Develops and manages distributor dashboards, creates and executes strategic sales programs (pricing, promotions, marketing programs, new product offerings), differentiates product offerings to gain market share, visualizes growth opportunities through portfolio segmentation, and fosters cross-product-parts-sales collaboration. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management and 8+ years of relevant experience in aftermarket/channel strategy; travel 30-40% to engage with customers. Preferred qualifications include an MS or MBA, HVAC domain experience, Salesforce/SAP/Power BI proficiency, and Six Sigma/lean knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
- 8+ years’ progressive experience in aftermarket, channel management, and marketing
- Proven leadership experience in aftermarket channel strategy
- Willingness to travel 30–40% to engage directly with customers and understand operational challenges
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
- MS or MBA (Preferred)
- Technical expertise in HVAC product lines and/or active participation in industry associations (e.g., ASHRAE, HARDI)
- Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
- Demonstrated success in cross-site and cross-business collaboration
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Six Sigma certification or lean methodologies knowledge (preferred)
