Job Summary
Lead Turnitin's Solutions Engineering for Education Technology, directing pre-sales and technical solutions to support revenue growth, customer success, and product innovation across K–12, Higher Education, and Strategic/Professional Education markets. Build and mentor a high-performing Solutions Engineering team; partner with Sales to provide technical sales support for strategic opportunities; design scalable, secure solutions addressing education data standards, LMS integrations, APIs, and data privacy; collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Onboarding to ensure seamless handoffs from pre-sales to implementation; drive metrics on technical win rate, sales cycle length, and customer satisfaction; remote-first culture with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 6–12+ years of Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Solution Architecture
- 2–5+ years of demonstrable team leadership or management experience
- Experience in Education Technology (EdTech), SaaS, or enterprise software
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Education Technology, or related field
