Job Summary
Director of Solutions Consulting leading a team of Solutions Consultants in the designated US remote regions; accountable for executive sponsorship on strategic accounts, training and development of SCs, and collaboration with product, engineering, and GTM teams to align solutions with market needs. Main responsibilities include providing thought leadership on AI and CXM trends, leading business and technical discussions with customers and account teams, recruiting and retaining talent in Data/AI, Marketing, Advertising, and Social backgrounds, enabling the SC team, coordinating product interlock and GTM strategy, and developing architecture-informed solutions that leverage Sprinklr's Unified-CXM platform. The role also involves shaping Go-to-Market strategy, driving performance against revenue targets, leading cross-functional collaboration on product and pricing, and ensuring a customer-focused approach with a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of enterprise-scale experience in presales or solutions consulting
- 8+ years of presales management experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role in an enterprise software company
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in human-centric design workshops to drive customer-focused solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices
- Extensive experience in complex system design and integration
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise marketing strategies and best practices
- Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members
- Well versed in data architecture, API design and AI LLM Models
