Job Summary
Lead a net-new combined Solutions Architecture and Professional Services organization, building and scaling a unified SA/PS team to drive enterprise value realization. Own pre-sale solution design across EHR/PMS landscapes, integrations, workflows, and security requirements; define standard onboarding packages, pricing, sizing and scoping guardrails; establish delivery governance and project health tracking to accelerate Time-to-Value across a complex portfolio; collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align technical needs with the product roadmap; develop a library of reference architectures, playbooks, and RFP responses to enable field enablement; 10+ years of client-facing enterprise SaaS experience and 5+ years of leadership building multi-level technical or consulting teams; proven success in designing and selling complex integrations and workflows across fragmented enterprise ecosystems; strong strategic commercial and revenue leadership with ability to drive growth and embed SA/PS motions into the sales funnel; experience with ambiguity in high-growth environments; executive presence and strong communication skills to present to C-suite executives; hybrid work environment at NYC location with a competitive benefits package.
