Job Summary
Director, Solutions Architecture (Atlanta, GA) leads a geographically dispersed pre-sales organization, partnering with sales and delivery to translate customer business goals into Presidio consulting services and solution architectures. The role requires supervising and developing a team of Solutions Architects, aligning with Area Sales Managers/Account Managers on joint GTM strategies, recruiting and mentoring talent, and driving client engagements to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets. The candidate will build long-term client relationships, present Presidio solutions in virtual and in-person settings, collaborate with vendor partners, and contribute to presales innovation, delivery alignment, and operational excellence. Travel up to 25% is expected, and the role is based in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years combined experience in presales, leadership, and/or management in Networking (LAN, WAN, SDN), Security, Mobility, Data Center (Compute, Storage, Virtualization, Data Protection), Cloud Platforms, Cloud Management Platforms, Container Platforms, Unified Communications, Security, ServiceNow, IT Consulting, Professional or Managed Services in IT.
