Job Summary
Lead multiple software development departments across Europe, Vietnam, China, and US; define roadmaps with Product, QA, and Architecture; drive the adoption of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC best practices; establish release criteria and quality benchmarks, ensuring regulatory compliance (including ISAE3402); manage leaders across distributed locations; oversee architecture, security, and delivery for 10+ B2B systems; foster continuous learning, collaboration with stakeholders, and an engineering culture grounded in autonomy, accountability, and technical excellence; leverage AI-enabled tools to boost productivity while maintaining secure coding standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership
- Proven success leading teams delivering SaaS or enterprise B2B products
- Solid understanding of software architecture, development processes, and system design
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Experience with governance, compliance, and audit-driven development processes
- Continuous improvement mindset with focus on quality and efficiency
- Evidence of building strong engineering culture rooted in autonomy, accountability, and technical excellence and KPIs
- Experience with eCommerce solutions, EDI, and SaaS platforms preferred
