Job Summary
Director of Social Commerce responsible for building, leading, and scaling the social commerce department across TikTok Shop and Live Shopping for multiple enterprise clients. Defines the agency’s North Star for social commerce, secures platform partnerships (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), and leads a team to execute against an operational framework driving revenue growth and improved KPIs. Responsibilities include developing social commerce strategies for clients on platforms like TikTok Shop, Whatnot, and Facebook Live; managing Affiliate and Influencer relationships; optimizing TikTok Shop storefronts for higher click-through and conversion; directing paid campaign performance and reporting on revenue, conversion rate, and ROI; collaborating with internal and client teams to coordinate campaigns and launches; staying ahead of platform updates and best practices; cultivating relationships with platform leads to align roadmaps with client objectives; defining channel-specific growth models and budgets to meet ROI targets. Experience required includes 8+ years in Management Consulting, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Growth with 3+ years leading Social Commerce or Live Shopping teams; proven leadership; direct experience with TikTok Shop and other platforms; track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and ROI targets; strong relationship management and analytical skills.
