Job Summary
Lead small business support programs and manage direct support for program participants while providing strategic oversight and guidance for small business growth initiatives. Continuously improve program offerings to align with regional growth and support data collection and management for all small business growth and support programs. Identify and maintain relationships with program partners to drive collaboration and effectiveness. This role requires experience developing and leading programs from concept through execution, strong strategic thinking, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. The position is 100% in-office in St. Louis, Mo.
